Girl what you need to do first thing tomorrow morning and I do mean early is go down to your county court house and see the Judge. Request for an execution of stay. Explain to the judge the situation. He is the only one that I know of that can immediately put a stop to this. Make sure you write down all of your questions the night before to take the judge. Get to the court when there doors open for business. This happens everyday in NYC, and I have friends that had dealt with this situation a few times, and were successful. Step to your business girl and don’t procrastinate. Time is of the Essenes. Good luck!

yes they can do that. So get packing

  4. Janet P Says:

You already stated that they gave you MONTHS notice. Notice is done, time to get out.

The sheriff will literally throw you out if you do not cooperate.

You have known for months now that you are not legally residing there, this is no surprise.

Holy crap I hope that doesn’t happen to me and I live in an apartment. Go to the Judge, when you say the landlord took off with the money and didn’t pay the bank he sounds like a criminal
