Apartments Foreclosed in California?
Hi, our apartments just went into foreclosure in April. We fortunately had arranged our move out to be for May 1st. My question is, where do I address my concerns about my deposit IF it does come back or am I out of luck? And then another thing, we still haven’t turned in the keys and here we are on the 5th of May. And then who do the other tenants (friends) pay the rent to? The Owner that lagged on his payments from the get-co or do they pay them to the bank. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Aangezien de plaats eenvoudig in verhindering is is niets veranderd. U betaalt huur aan de zelfde kerel, en hij is nog de persoon die voor uw storting verantwoordelijk is.
Niets gaat naar de bank, bezitten zij niet het bezit. De eigenaar is nog de eigenaar, is niets op uw eind veranderd.
