apartment foreclosure?
I rent an apartment in Florida and was served papers on Saturday saying that the unit is being foreclosed on. I have made many many phone calls and gotten no answers. Does anyone know the rights of a tenant in this situation? Owner hasnt paid mortgage since March but we have continued to pay rent.
Do we continue paying rent or are we basically released from the lease we signed 2months ago?
