What would you do if you had an opportunity to buy a NY apartment to resell/invest but with no good credit?
My aunt is selling her NYC apartment (great location). I would like to invest on it by remodeling it and re sell it. But I don’t have a good/no credit. Big investors…what would you??

In the current atmosphere you might have a hard time. If she’s willing to give you a “family” discount, or maybe lend you the money and then give her a percentage that may be a way to go.
