my apartment complex just sold management and i am trying to leave a lease early. What are my rights?
It’s April, and was to be out before the end of the month. What options do i have in that the complex just sold itself to some other property management company. Just wanted to break early to move into another apt on their same property….

Unless the change of management alters your lease in some way (more rent, no pool, no maintenance) the sale itself does not give you the right to break the lease. Sorry! Good try though.
