How to sell an apartment in HSR layout, Bangalore without any brokers?
I have an apartment in HSR layout. I want to put it for sale but I don’t trust the brokers who rule that area. Pls suggest alternatives.

Approach your friends and ask them to list your property in their internal company message board/forum.
If you put in Free Ads, that also invites brokers to your doorstep.
Since it’s a apartment, you might have bought it from the builders. Unless the builders are not with good branding, approach them only as they will know prospective buyers. It will be easier for you to transfer the deed as they already know the formalities/office/procedures to get the agreement done.
Demands in HSR should be pretty decent.
