Does anyone have experience selling 10+ unit apartment buildings?
I’m considering a career in selling apartment buildings in california for a reputable brokerage. Please advise with any pros and cons.

Ik kon een boek op pros schrijven – en – cons., maar ik zal zo beknopt het mogelijk zetten. Als u kent een goede networker en overvloed van mensen en houdt van aan ontmoete nieuwe mensen, zult u geen problemen ca. verkopend bezit in ik hebt gehad mensen koopt CA lijsten waarneemt unseen hebben enkel omdat het in CA was, maar u moet de mensen kennen zoals in mijn eigen ervaring, ik meer bezit heb verkocht dat wasn' t dat op MLS of websites of met makelaars wordt vermeld. Het kennen van de juiste mensen maakt een overeenkomst snel gaan.
