apartment buildings crime rates?
I recently found a website I should have found before I moved into my building. I am looking to move out and I would like to find somewhere with low crime rate and no mice or other pests to deal with. As you cannot ask the people selling the apartment to you, I need to find somewhere willing to dish the dirt on these places.

research the management company. ask for specifics on what the management co will and will not take care of before you move in. get it in writing with signatures then if they fail to comply with the contract take them to the local housing authorities you have rights and you should have a local government group dedicated to helping you not get stuck with slum lords.
