Any good ideas on how to sell an apartment complex?
everything i could think of has been done hiring a realtor, newspaper ads, flyers but nothing is working there are no investors. They are really nice apartments asking prices is $300,000.000. Perhaps you know of a website where i can find investors interested? Thanks

From what I see most multifamily property is sold on Loopnet.com. that is basically like the MLS that residential real estate has.

well depends on the location. you could sell each unit separately as a condo. you could also find other large management firms get you in contact of other apartment owners that might be interested.
you could also market it as an opportunity investment. say the going rent prices, and potential for revenue from it.
generally a good paint job, landscaping, and a few touch ups, can help sell a property faster.
